LEAP is a community-based non-profit that provides a one-stop shot of who to call, what to do, and how to pay for it when it comes to your home's energy efficiency. We work with homeowners of all income levels who live in Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Nelson counties or the City of Charlottesville.

Take advantage of our Home Performance with ENERGY STAR program and qualify for up to $1,250 in cash rebates from LEAP. These rebates can be combined with state rebates, federal tax credits and manufacturer's rebates to make your energy improvements even more affordable.
