At LEAP, our mission is rooted in serving those who are often burdened by the cost of living. We focus our efforts on low-income families, senior citizens, and schools—communities that face the greatest challenges when it comes to maintaining safe, healthy, and energy-efficient spaces. Many of the households we support struggle with high energy bills, aging infrastructure, and limited access to resources. By providing weatherization services, energy education, and access to renewable methods, we help these communities reduce costs, improve comfort, and gain greater control over their energy use.

Many seniors live in older homes that are poorly insulated and difficult to keep at safe temperatures, especially during extreme weather. LEAP provides energy efficiency upgrades that help seniors stay comfortable, safe, and healthy at no cost to them.

LEAP partners with local schools and likeminded organizations to deliver hands-on energy education and make our programs more accessible for families. By creating energy-smart learning environments, we support both student success and improve their family’s environmental impact.
Schools & Educational Events
When requested, LEAP provides diagnostic tests for newly constructed homes and buildings. We are able to perform blower door and duct blaster tests for construction companies who want to ensure their homes are up to standard. Learn more here about how each test is performed.
